1. Introduction
Welcome to Nuvira. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the User End License Agreement (UELA). Please read carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and how your accounts, credentials, and documents are managed under the Nuvira system. These Terms incorporate binding compliance rules for all users and associated credentials.
2a.0 Issuers
For the purposes of these Terms, the terms "Issuer" and "Issuers" refer to recognized entities authorized to issue identity credentials, certificates, or documents. Recognized Issuers include:
- Nuvira Identity Framework
- Nuvira
- Trust Authority
Each Issuer is formally recognized as the signatory Issuer of the documents it issues. References to "Issuer" within these Terms and UELA apply specifically to the signatory Issuer(s) listed on the given document or certificate.
2a.1 Account Responsibility & Binding Compliance
Users acknowledge that their accounts and credentials are continuously monitored, validated, and verified by Nuvira and the relevant signatory Issuer(s). Each account and issued credential constitutes a formal binding under the authority of the signatory Issuer(s).
- Maintain accurate account information and secure credentials at all times.
- Sharing, spoofing, or circumventing the authority of the Issuer(s) constitutes a material violation of the binding.
- Violations may result in account suspension, revocation of credentials, or other remedial actions as determined by the signatory Issuer(s).
2a.2 User Conduct & Privileges
Holding credentials issued by Nuvira or a signatory Issuer grants access to privileges associated with the given certificate or document. Misuse or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
- Access system features and documents according to your issued credentials.
- Unauthorized modification or access of credentials breaches these Terms and the UELA.
- Privileges are contingent upon continued compliance with binding requirements of the signatory Issuer(s).
2a.3 Monitoring & Verification
Nuvira and the signatory Issuer(s) reserve the right to monitor, audit, and verify accounts and credentials. Users acknowledge:
- All accounts and credentials are subject to continuous validation by the signatory Issuer(s).
- Failure to comply may result in restrictions or revocation of access.
- Monitoring ensures compliance, security, and proper enforcement of privileges granted by the certificate or document.
2a.4 Enforcement & Remedies
Material violations of bindings or credential misuse may be addressed by the signatory Issuer(s) through:
- Account suspension or termination.
- Revocation of certificates, documents, or privileges.
- Legal or administrative actions as permitted under law, including enforcement of the UELA and these Terms.
- Notification to affected parties or Issuers where appropriate.
2a.5 Applicability & Scope
References to Issuer(s), binding compliance, monitoring, and enforcement apply solely to the signatory Issuer(s) of each specific document or certificate. General references to "Issuer" include recognized Issuers, but enforcement and privileges are document-specific.
3. Device & App Information
To provide and improve Nuvira, we collect device and app information to ensure functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance experience. This includes:
- Device model (e.g., iPhone 14)
- Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18)
- App version
- Usage metrics (only responces from Issuer(s) )
Information is used solely for support, performance, and security. It is never shared with third-party marketers. All device information may be referenced by Nuvira or signatory Issuer(s) for compliance verification.
4. AI Features & Data
Nuvira includes AI features for enhanced experience. AI responses are processed externally and no AI chat data is stored on Nuvira servers. Providers include Qwen3 and Dolphin Mistral Venice Edition.
- AI responses are external; user text is not retained by Nuvira.
- An optional uncensored AI mode is available with explicit consent.
- Users may report unsafe AI responses via email.
- Refer to each AI provider’s privacy policy, for more information.
5. Email & Tracking
Your email is used for account identification, login recovery, and notifications. Anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve the service. Emails are never sold or shared with advertisers. Nuvira and signatory Issuer(s) may reference your account for binding enforcement and compliance.
6. Spotify Integration
Nuvira can connect to Spotify to enhance music and social experience. All data is handled through Spotify’s API. Nuvira does not store credentials or activity. Privacy is protected under Spotify policies. Spotify integration is monitored for binding compliance where applicable.
7. Bonjour P2P Chat
Peer-to-peer chat via Bonjour allows encrypted connections on the same network. Messages are not stored on Nuvira servers. Connections are facilitated by Nuvira and may be monitored by the relevant signatory Issuer(s) for binding compliance.
8. Your Rights
- Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and credentials.
- Data Export: Some data may be downloaded. Other data may be shared only via screenshots or summaries.
- Account Updates: Update account information at any time.

- All rights and data management remain subject to UELA and binding compliance enforced by Nuvira and trust authority.
9. Updates
These Terms & Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. Updates are made under the authority of Nuvira and may be referenced by the signatory Issuer(s) for compliance verification.
