3. Device & App Information
To provide and improve Nuvira, we collect device and app information to ensure functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance experience. This includes:

- Basic usage and diagnostic metrics related to app performance and security

5. Spotify Integration

6. Bonjour P2P Chat
Peer-to-peer chat features using Bonjour allow local encrypted communication between devices on the same network. Messages exchanged through these local connections are not stored on Nuvira servers.

- Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and credentials.
- Data Export: Some data may be downloaded. Other data may be shared only via screenshots or summaries.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
